Taylor-Paige is a passionate nurse, wellness advocate, and the founder of Rise and Restore. Rise and Restore is designed to help healers prioritize their mental health, self-care, and personal growth. With years of firsthand experience in nursing, Taylor-Paige has navigated the pressures of the bedside, leadership roles, and the challenges that come with the demanding healthcare field.
Having experienced burnout and the importance of healing, Taylor-Paige understands the transformative power of self-awareness and self-care. Through Rise and Restore, she empowers nurses to reclaim their well-being, offering a safe space for connection, learning, and growth. By offering workshops, resources, and continuous support, Rise and Restore guides nurses in shedding the identities they've outgrown, helping them discover who they truly are. Through mindset shifts and transformative practices, nurses are empowered to discover new ways to thrive both personally and professionally.
Director of Peer Wellness, Ashley Chancellor
Ashley Chancellor is a dedicated advocate for healthcare and community service, known for her inspiring book, "Just a Nurse." In her role, she will oversee the programs and affiliated services of Rise and Restore, ensuring they provide the support and resources necessary for those in need. With her passion and expertise, Ashley is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families. Her leadership promises to enhance the effectiveness of the initiatives at Rise and Restore.
Director of Communications, Matthew Harless
Matthew Harless, known as the Voice of the Bedside a dedicated Coalition Builder, plays a pivotal role in our organization. With a passion for advocating for patient care, Matthew bridges the gap between healthcare providers and patients ensuring that every voice is heard. His collaborative approach fosters partnerships, driving initiatives that enhance the quality of care and support within community. Through his leadership, Matthew inspires others prioritize compassion and understanding in healthcare.

Kimberly Maurer brings passion, purpose, and professional expertise to Rise and Restore. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration,
Kimberly has spent her career uplifting both patients and the professionals who care for
them. Her background includes hospital leadership, women’s health advocacy, wellness event planning, and healthcare marketing.
At Rise and Restore, Kimberly serves as a vital volunteer leader, supporting the organization’s mission through strategic marketing initiatives and impactful event planning. Her work helps create meaningful experiences that restore the minds, bodies, and spirits of
