Founder & CEO, Taylor-Paige
Taylor-Paige is a healer, guide, and the visionary behind Rise & Restore with Taylor-Paige. Her path has carried her through seasons of loss, burnout, and self-abandonment — and into the radical work of unbecoming. She knows firsthand the cost of silence and survival, and the freedom that comes when we return home to ourselves.
Her work is rooted in the Soul-work of Unbecoming — shedding the conditioning, roles, and patterns that keep us small, so we can rise, restore, and live authentically.
Through the Rise & Restore movement, Taylor-Paige creates spaces for humans to reconnect with wholeness. From the community and podcast to programs like The Art of Unbecoming and the Rise & Restore Program, her mission is to guide others to move beyond burnout, break cycles of silence, and bloom like the lotus — rooted in the mud, yet rising into light.
At the heart of her work is a simple truth: healing doesn’t happen in isolation. We rise together. We restore together.

Kimberly Maurer, BS, LPN has been a nurse for nearly three decades, walking through nearly every corner of healthcare — from the bedside to leadership — and navigating her own journey through burnout, long COVID, and the work of rebuilding her fire more than once.
She is also a published healthcare writer, mentor, and coach who believes deeply in the power of kindness, boundaries, and storytelling. Kimberly knows firsthand what it feels like to stand in a supply closet holding back tears, wondering if she could make it through one more shift — and she also knows the transformation that comes when we share our truths and realize we were never alone.
Her passion is helping nurses and healthcare professionals rediscover their voice, purpose, and power. Through honesty, compassion, and community, Kimberly is dedicated to guiding others to rise together.
